Unlinking Mailboxes

If you later decide that you want to unlink your mailboxes, you can easily do so. To unlink a mailbox, open your linked mailbox and follow these steps:

1. Tap the Menu icon.

2. Tap Linked Inboxes.

3. Tap the name of the mailbox that you want to unlink.

4. Tap the Unlink button.

Conversation View

By default, Windows Phone 8 groups messages into conversation view. Conversation view reduces clutter in your mailbox by grouping messages from each sender into a dedicated conversation container. If you want to disable conversation view, open your inbox and follow these steps:

1. Tap the Menu icon.

2. Tap Settings.

3. Set the Conversation slide bar to Off.

4. Tap the Done icon.

Returning to Conversation View

You can re-enable conversation view by setting the slide bar to On.
