Configuring Automatic Replies
If you are going to be unavailable for a
period of time, you might want to configure your phone to answer
inbound email with an automated reply telling the person who sent you
the message that you are not available. You can configure automatic
replies by opening your mailbox and completing these steps:
1. Tap the Menu icon.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Automatic Replies.
4. Move the Automatic Replies slide bar to the On position.
5. Enter your automatic reply message.
6. Tap Done.
Disabling Automatic Replies
When you want to stop using automatic
replies, simply go back to the Automatic Replies screen and move the
slide bar to the Off position.
