Viewing Another Day’s Agenda

1. Although you can scroll to another day through Agenda view, it can sometimes take a lot of scrolling to get to the day you are looking for. As a shortcut you can look at another day’s agenda by first going to Month view. To do so, open Calendar’s Agenda view and complete these steps: Tap the Month icon.

2. Tap the day you want to view.

Getting Back to Today

You can revert to the present day by tapping the Today icon while in Agenda view.

Accessing a Full Month

Even though, from Day view, the Calendar app defaults to displaying the current day’s events, you can view appointment information on a monthly calendar as well. To do so, open the calendar and complete these steps:

1. From either Day view or Agenda view, tap the Month View icon. Windows displays a calendar for the current month.

The Small Print

Even though Month view displays your appointments for the month, the text is generally way too small to read. You can access Day or Agenda views for a specific day by going into Month view and then double-tapping the day you want to look at.

2. To navigate to a different month, tap the name of the month that is displayed above the calendar.

3. Choose the month and year you want to view.

4. Tap the Done icon.

You can also swipe up or down just beneath the calendar in Month view to see the next month or the previous month.
